Any Emigrant who faces a grievance or contractual issue with their Foreign Employer (FE) may report the matter by sending a detailed email to info@raointernational.net, including complete contact details and a clear description of the concern.
The Grievance Redressal Team at RAO INTERNATIONAL will contact the complainant within 24–48 hours to understand the issue in detail.
Once reviewed, the grievance will be formally escalated to the concerned Foreign Employer (FE) within 2–3 working days, subject to the employer’s availability.
If required, the grievance will also be communicated to the respective Embassy/Consulate in the foreign country.
The grievance status will be further updated with the Protector of Emigrants and the Ministry of External Affairs as per applicable guidelines.
RAO INTERNATIONAL will work closely with the Foreign Employer and the Emigrant to ensure the grievance is resolved at the earliest possible time.
In cases where the Emigrant wishes to repatriate back to India due to unresolved grievances, the amount paid by the Emigrant shall be refunded in the form of DD/Cheque, as per company policy.
