We start by understanding your exact needs: job roles, number of workers, skills, qualifications, experience, contract length, salary and work location.
Different trades and professions are recruited from different parts of India, so we plan our sourcing strategy around your roles to reach the best-matched talent pool.
Every candidate goes through a trade or skill test, experience verification, police verification, a medical check-up and an interview. Employers can also interview shortlisted candidates, in person or online, before final selection.
Once the candidate confirms, the employer issues the offer letter and Rao International prepares all the required documents for the destination country.
Where needed, we also provide language training, skill training and pre-departure orientation. Once the visa is approved, we book flight tickets.
Timelines vary by country, usually from a few weeks to a few months.
We coordinate travel and arrival with the employer. Where required, the worker completes local registration or residence formalities after arrival. We stay available for support throughout the contract, including permit renewals and extensions.
