Understanding Your Requirements

We start by understanding your exact needs: job roles, number of workers, trade skills, experience, contract length and site location.

Planning Our Sourcing Strategy

Different trades are recruited from different parts of India, so we plan our sourcing strategy around your roles to reach the best-matched talent pool.

Screening and Selection

Every candidate goes through a trade test, experience verification, police verification, a medical check-up and an interview. Employers can also interview shortlisted candidates before final selection.

Offer Letter, Work Permit and Visa

Once the candidate confirms, the employer issues the offer letter and Rao International prepares all the required documents.

Work permit: The employer applies to the State Employment Service. Depending on the employment contract, the permit is valid for 6 months to 2 years, and extensions are possible.

Visa: Once the permit is approved, the worker receives a D-type long-stay employment visa (D-04).

Timeline: The full work permit and visa process usually takes around 30 working days.

After arrival: The worker gets a temporary residence permit, valid for the same period as the work permit.

Where needed, we also provide language and skill training. Once the visa is approved, we book flight tickets.

Deployment

We coordinate travel and arrival with the employer and stay available for support after deployment, including permit extensions.
