Offer Letter, Work Permit and Visa

Once the candidate confirms, the employer issues the offer letter and Rao International prepares all the required documents.

Work permit: In Israel, the work permit is issued to the employer by the Population and Immigration Authority before the worker travels. It covers approved sectors such as construction, caregiving, long-term care and hotel housekeeping.

Visa: The worker receives a B/1 Work Visa from the Israeli embassy. Caregivers must also pass a professional test. Short-term specialists can travel on a B/1 Short-Term (STEP) Visa for up to 90 days.

Timeline: Usually 1–3 months, depending on the sector and employer.

Where needed, we also provide language and skill training. Once the visa is approved, we book flight tickets.

Deployment

We coordinate travel and arrival with the employer and stay available for support after deployment.
